Minimum Order Value

For first time customers of DemiRe, the minimum order value is $3500. New customers will be placed on proforma until such time that total orders invoiced is over $5000. Once customers have reached the $5000 expenditure they will be placed automatically on 30 day net account providing they have completed a credit application form and have been approved by DemiRe.

How can I place an order?

There are three different ways for a customer to place an order with us. A customer can purchase wholesale at www.demire.shop.

Disclaimer: You cannot purchase wholesale unless you are an approved retailer. Our wholesale site requires that companies obtain a tax id/ein number, seller’s permit/ business license and previous wholesale invoices.

Consignment Payment Order?

Company shall forward to Supplier per payment terms specified in this clause of this agreement (“Agreement”). An invoice will be given each week for products sold the previous week. Payment isn’t due until a sale is made. If a sale isn’t made with 3 months, we ask that you (“THE SUPPLIER/BUYER”) request a return label and send the Consigned Products to the company address provided.


Products or goods purchased from DemiRe shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to DemiRe and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.

Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 40% off of MSRP on orders over $6000


Orders over 5000 will include free shipping and insurance to the (“supplier/buyer”) from the company (DemiRe).


Any damaged or lost packages upon arrival to the Supplier/Buyer will be covered by insurance and another shipment will be sent out once insurance has cleared. Supplier/Buyer must request a shipping label immediately.
